Their greatest hits compilation The Collection (1991-1998), which was released under the label, also included remixes, B-sides, and 12-inch versions of their top songs. Their last studio album to be released through Perspective Records is this one. As a result, Mint Condition was transferred to A&M Records, though the latter retained the Perspective moniker for the release of Definition of a Band. Mint Condition is a band that continues to influence and shape the music that we here even today. So much so, that in the 2020s “Pretty Brown Eyes” was sampled by Remy Ma. At Central High School in Saint Paul, Minnesota, in the middle of the 1980s this band created the soundtrack to many people’s lives.
